Placebo will come back to Europe in 2007
Stefan confirmed in an interview for Bionic Club that Placebo will come back to Europe for something (not planned yet) late spring/early summer.
Before, the band will tour in South America in March and April, and probably in the US.
They plan on touring until summer 2007, then take a break and "find something new to write about".

As I read in an article it seems that the new Album will take ages until it comes out.
He said something about wanting to spend more time with Cody and his girlfriend.

New Placebo album until 08
Parenthood was qualified as a religious experience by Placebo's Brian Molko, who has already spent his fist year with his son, Cody.
"I am so enchanted with him, I feel like the happiest dad on earth. Never thought I'd become a dad, if someone had asked me that three years ago I wouldn't have even mentioned it, but when I knew it, and prepared for his birth, when I saw him come to the world, I cried, I had an emotional breakdown" said Molko.
By telephone from NY, the band's leader let us know about his plans of taking care of his son with photographer Helena Berg, instead of any career commitment.
It'll take a long time for the next Placebo album, according to Molko. "Touring was exhausting, the promo, schedule, all those trips... I really didn't want to do too much because of my son and I'm not crazy, I want to take a few months so then we can get back together and then work in something new. I think if we release another album it'll be until 2008."

Nearly 3 years between 2 albums is quite normal I think : BMM => 2000, SWG => 2003, Meds => 2006 so if the sixth album is released even at the end of 2008...

I guess it will be 2009 or 2010. By that time Cody will be 4 or 5 yrs old and he can take him on tour with him. Not all the time I gues but sometimes.
He said he wants to take Cody with him on tour when hes a toddler. But dont ask me whrer I read that one but I know it was written in some article.

he also said it on an interview with Gonzo, the lates one.its somewhere on youtube but Im too lazy to find
