According to netfestival, Placebo will play the Rock en Seine festival (24/08, 25/08 and 26/08, Paris) with Bjork, Alpha, Nine Inch Nails, The Jesus & Mary Chain.

I contacted organizer of Rock en Seine festival, and this is their answer:

I'm sorry, it's just a huge buzz which is apparently crossing the borders...
Placebo won't come to Rock en Seine!
