Placebo will play the Highfield festival in Germany (17th, 18th and 19th August) at Hohenfelden with James Blunt et Gnarls Barkley.

A dates is scheduled on the 6th June near Dresden (Germany) at the Junge Garde

Why Dresden?? Thats so fucking far away. I might go and wisit my friend in Leipzig which is just round the corner from Dresden. *walks away thinking*

I already got my ticket for the Southside which will be 2 weeks after the Dresden Gig. So I might wait till more dates come out.

Dont think so. They will go back to the US for 8 weeks in July from what I heard. For this Project Revolution tour. That line up is not worth a penny and I cant belive they actually go on tour with such bands but anyway. We here in Europe can be gratefull that we get at least something even if its nearly nothing to what the US got this year. I mean its okay they dont go there very often but that was the second big tour they finished there and now a third. Hello?!?! Why not playing somewhere in Europe more often, as going back to Romania or going to Spain etc etc

Im just a bit surprised that they just have one France gig set up this year and thats just a festival. That was totaly surprising for me as everybody knows that they go there quite often. At the beginning of the meds tour they nearly lived there. strange.

Well actually i was asking exactly because i am from Romania, and there's a rumour over here that they're gonna come in june. But still even if they come over here or not, as you said it's somewhat strange that they have just one gig in France, and not only that, but they're entire Europe tour, at least until now is extremely pour. I just can't understand non
And about Project Revolution.... i prefer not to think about it....

I was surprised that we in Germany get that many gigs this year. 4 own gigs and 3 Festivals. Thats a lot and I was surprised when I found out. Thats why I got tickets for a Festival and a gig here. I also wanted to see them in Romania sometime but they always go there when I cant hmm

And call me selfish but I wanna have them back here in Europe. lol

well that's not selfish at all... and if it is that means that many european fans are selfish, because almost everybody wants them here (in Europe) and yes I saw that they have many concerts in Germany, and that thrills me very much, because there are some dates in august too (until now as i know the only ones in that period), and considering i'd really like to see them this year, this would be my only opportunity 'cause in june or july i have exams and i can't go anywhere pleure

I guess that IF they go to Romania (which I doubt. sorry) then it will be in July but Stef wrote in that myspace blog that they go to America in July when this Project Revolution tour starts. berk

Well, to be sincere, i also doubt that they're gonna come this year to Romania, but a rumour is a rumour, and even if you don't want to hope in vain, unconsciously you still hope. Anyway, i didn't know about Stef's blog on myspace, but as soon as i red your post i went on myspace to see what it's about, so i have to thank you for this one big_smile tummenupp i'm always telling myself i should subscribe to their blog but i don't know how it happens that i always forget non neutral

But its not bad to keep the hopes up. Maybe you Romanians get treated with another gig. I would love that. The americans got spoilt so much and you guys really deserve them as they dont go there that often (they been there just once sooo...)

So I keep my fingers crossed for the romanian fans.

well thanks, i really hope that they'll come.. actually i'm kinda frustrated seeing everybody going to Bulgaria to their concert, and i can't 'cause the period isn't good, but i'm still hoping that if they don't come at least they're gonna be in Europe after i finish my exams, but with this project revolution tour.. i don't think so.. anyway... i'm positive with big smiles and thinking of floating rainbows still

You just spoke my mind tongue . I have the same problem. My exams are in that period pascontent and I can’t go anywhere. hmm Tot din Bucuresti.

Hope it works out for you guys. You really deserve them more as the americans. They had 2 big tours in their country. You guys just had one single gig. So it would only be fair.
