1: Get thinking

• Download our voting lists: by artist | by track
• Get inspired by the Top Tens from triple j people and some of our friends.
• Chat on the forum to find out what other people are planning on voting for.
• You can vote for any song which has been released in 2009.

2: Create a shortlist

• Click on VOTE NOW
• Find songs from the voting list to "Add to Shortlist"
• If you can't find the song you want in the voting list, you can 'add your own' by clicking the link at the end of the list
• You can add as many songs as you want to your shortlist

3: Choose up to 10 songs.

• From your shortlist, tick the 10 songs you want to vote and hit 'next'
• Only 10 songs per person will be accepted. If you vote multiple times, the system will only register your first 10 selections
• You cannot vote for the same song more than once

4: Enter your details

• Before your votes will be counted, we will ask you to enter some personal details such as your name & email address so we can confirm your votes.
• To win the Golden Ticket all you need to do is tell us which is your #1 song and why in 25 words or less.

5: Confirm Your Votes

• You will receive an email from triple j. The email will contain a link that you'll need to click in order to confirm and submit your votes to the Hottest 100 tally.
• You MUST click this link to confirm your votes and enter the Golden Ticket competition.

Voting closes midnight AEST Sunday 17th January 2010
